Discover Our StoryThe RoseGladys Memorial Foundation is a not-for-profit organization focused on promoting the education of underprivileged students, especially girls.
We support students through tuition sponsorship, essential upkeep allowances and recognition of academic excellence, helping young people continue their education with dignity and confidence.
Our work also extends to underprivileged households, combining mentorship, coaching, financial assistance and access to technology to empower women and families to build greater economic independence.
Established in 2024, The RoseGladys Memorial Foundation operates in service to humanity on Christian principles of love and faith in action.
Its purpose is to inspire hope and continue the legacy of a woman whose life demonstrated compassion, generosity and a deep commitment to education.
The Foundation was founded in memory of the late Mrs Rosslyn Gladys Chigamane, who passed away in January 2017.
Throughout her life, she strongly believed that education could help people rise out of poverty. Her convictions were reflected not only in her words, but in the way she lived.
She mentored young learners, encouraged women to pursue education and supported less privileged members of her community with the little she had.
The RoseGladys Memorial Foundation carries that spirit forward — transforming her personal legacy of generosity into a lasting commitment to education and empowerment.
